Set within the Jurassic Coast World heritage coastline in an area of outstanding natural beauty with views over Weston Coombe to the sea, adjoining The Donkey Sanctuary. Sidmouth is just 3 miles,  Exeter and M5 only 12 miles and Lyme Regis just 12 miles away. The beach, less than one mile away, is reached by a steep path. Surrounded by unspoilt Devon villages, with Lyme Regis and the Dorset coast to the east, Torquay, the English Riviera and Dartmoor to the west, Stoneleigh provides an excellent centre for exploring the south-west.

The comfortably furnished bungalow has the benefits of two bedrooms, a lounge/diner and separate bathroom with bath and electric shower. The double patio doors face southwards from the lounge which has a colour TV and Hi-Fi, creating a cosy atmosphere for autumn breaks and an oasis during the summer months. The Kitchen is compact but perfect at the end of the day boasting a Washing Machine, Cooker, Fridge (with Freezer Compartment), Microwave Oven and Toaster. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a Bunk Bed. Outside there is a picnic table and access to the communal grounds and Swimming Pool. There is parking for numerous cars in the shared car-parks. SORRY - NO PETS.
